VACC in Donetsk is available for individual applications (not from tour operators) for the citizens of the eastern part of Ukraine (Kharkiv reg., Lugansk reg. and Donetsk reg.). Other citizens and tour operators are welcome to apply at VAC in Kyiv.

The VACC is located in Donetsk, Ukraine:

• Operational Hours are 08:30 - 15:30 (without break) from Monday to Friday

Appointments can be scheduled for VACC in Donetsk for applying for a Netherlands Schengen visa by calling the Call Center, sending an email or visiting the web-site and selecting the Branch - Donetsk Collection Center:

Applicants who wish to apply at the VACC in Donetsk will have to pay the applicable courier charges, Visa fee and applicable service fee to the bank before submission but after pre-checking of the documents by VACC staff.

• Please Note: Note: The VACC cannot accept any applications unless these three payments (visa fee, service fee and courier charges) have been paid before the submission of application but after pre-checking of the documents by VACC staff.
• Please bring the receipts of these payments in its original form to the VACC.
• If an applicant has not completed the payment cycle he/she can make the payment and come back to the VACC to apply on the same day.

The VACC service is applicable only to Frequent Travelers. As per the guidelines of the Netherlands Embassy “a Frequent traveler is an applicant who can prove that he/she has received at least one Schengen visa during the last three years".

Collection of your passport

When your application is ready, your passport and decision (visa, additional documents, refusal) can be:

• collected at the VACC in Donetsk in person on working days (except holidays) between 08.30-15.30 hours. Applicant needs to present the original payment receipt that was provided by the VACC in Donetsk at the time of submission. If a representative is sent for collection, then in addition to the document mentioned here, an authority letter written by the applicant and internal passport of an authorized person and a copy of its first page should be presented as well;
  
• sent back via TNT to any city in Ukraine (please note that this service is only available for visa applicants residing in Ukraine).
