Submission timings and Collection timings:
08.30-15.30 hours on working days. Applications are required to be submitted with prior appointment. Categories who are invited to hand in their applications directly at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands exemption categories are welcome to submit their applications on working days between 10.00-12.00. Orange carpet clients, applicants who have applied for their visa directly at the Embassy may collect their passports at 16.30 hours at the Embassy.

All applicants have to cancel his/her appointment at least 1 day before submission by calling to call-centre (+38) 0 44 594 12 65 or writing an e-mail (info@netherlandsvac-ua.com) will be incapacitated to schedule an appointment within 60 days.
