The VACC is located in L' viv, Ukraine :

  • Operational Hours are 08:30 - 15:30 (without break) from Monday to Friday

Appointments can be scheduled for VACC for applying for a Netherlands Schengen visa by calling the Call Center , sending an email or visiting the web-site and selecting the Branch - L'viv Collection Center:

  • Web-site: www.netherlandsvac-ua.com click on "Making an Appointment Page" and select L'viv from Application Center drop down.
  • Applicants can cancel or re-schedule their appointments by calling the Call Center or sending an e-mail to info@netherlandsvac-ua.com at least one day before submission. As per the Embassy decision if the rule is not followed applicant will not be able to make an appointment for the next 30 calendar days.

Applicants who wish to apply at the VACC will have to pay the applicable courier charges, Visa fee and applicable service fee to the bank before submission but after pre-checking of the documents by VACC staff.

  • Please Note: The VACC cannot accept any applications unless these three payments (visa fee, service fee and courier charges) have been paid before the submission of application but after pre-checking of the documents by VACC staff.
  • Please bring the receipts of these payments in its original form to the VACC.
  • If an applicant has not completed the payment cycle he/she can make the payment and come back to the VACC to apply on the same day.

The VACC service is applicable only to Frequent Travelers. As per the guidelines of the Netherlands Embassy “a Frequent traveler is an applicant who can prove that he/she has received at least one Schengen visa during the last three years".

  • If at the time of submission it is discovered that applicant is not a frequent traveler then it is at the discretion of the Netherlands Embassy to ask for a personal interview or additional documents.

Applicants cannot collect their passports from the VACC.

  • All passports will be couriered to the address of the applicant that specified at the time of the submission.

An applicant who has scheduled an appointment at the L'viv Visa Application Collection Center can only submit the application in L'viv and will not be accepted by the Visa Application Center in Kiev . The same rule applies for applicants who have scheduled an appointment in Kiev and therefore the applicant cannot submit his/her application in L'viv.
