Courier Service
For the applicants’ convenience it is possible to have their passports returned
by the courier service provided by TNT. Frequent travellers can make use of the
two way courier: send and receive the application to and from the Visa
Application Centre by courier.
ATTENTION! MOBILE NUMBER OF CLIENT IS COMPULSORY. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS OR APPLICATIONS OF NON-FREQUENT TRAVELLERS WILL BE SENT BACK.
Two Way Courier Service
Applicants are considered frequent travellers when they can prove that they have
been issued at least:
Payment
Before the documents can be submitted to TNT, the full payment needs to be done.
The visa fee is payable to Prominvest bank and can be remitted at any of the
bank’s branches in Ukraine. Please check the following website for the
information of the branches: www.pib.com.ua/branches/index.php.ua
It is the applicants’ responsibility to ensure that all the information
mentioned below is accurately stated at the bank counter to make payment for
visa fees, service charges and courier service.

The payment is considered completed only when all the above information is
given while making payment. An application will not be processed unless the
payment has been made.

The payment has to be made in cash at the bank counter.

There is one payment made for all the three items.

The one time payment therefore is UAH 530.00 per applicant.
Submit documents to TNT
Applicants can call or go to the nearest TNT office and submit the following:

One Visa Application Form per applicant duly completed in English or Dutch and
signed by the applicant. Application forms filled in Ukrainian or Russian are
not accepted.

The original valid passport and all other previous passports. If old passport
is not available then provide copies of all the pages.

All relevant documents pertaining to the particular visa category applied for.

Return of passport by TNT
All applicants may avail of the optional courier return facility wherein your
passport will be returned back at home / office address per courier, for a
nominal charge of UAH 50.00 per passport. The payment has to be done while
submitting the documents to the Visa Application Centre.
In case applicants opt for courier return of their passports, they will be
delivered to address of their choice between 2-4 working days from the date of
handover to TNT depending upon the city where the passport needs to be
couriered.
