In 2007 the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kyiv, Ukraine, introduced an optional arrangement with the company VFS (Visa Facilitation Service) to meet the ever-increasing demand for a Schengen Visa to visit the Netherlands. This site is part of the Embassy's initiative to ease the visa application process. Please note that the websites of any parties except the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Netherlands Visa Application Center do NOT provide correct and relevant information on the visa application process.

If you wish to apply for a visa, please read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on this site are to help you to prepare your documents as accurately as possible. This will reduce the chances of your application being incomplete or not being processed.

Visa applicants are welcome to contact our call centre (+38) 0 44 5941265 prior to visiting our centre to submit their visa applications so that we offer them the best possible assistance.

The Visa Application Centre is not in any way associated with agents/representatives outside the Visa Application Centre premises, including those situated right outside the Visa Application Centre on the streets. We strongly advise applicants not to cooperate with any such agents/ representatives. The VAC is not responsible for their actions.

All applicants are strictly advised to be present at VAC 10 minutes before the appointed time, the applicants who are going to visit the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Caribbean are strictly advised to come to VAC from 8:30 till 10:30. Please note: in case the application will be submitted later this day, your interview at the Embassy (if required) automatically will be canceled or rescheduled for the next working day.

In case the applicant cannot submit his/her documents at the appointed date he/she has to cancel his/her appointment at least 1 working day before the appointed date by calling to call-centre (+38) 0 44 594 12 65 or writing an e-mail (info@netherlandsvac-ua.com).
