IMPORTANT!
Belarusian visa applicants intending to travel to the Netherlands
are invited to file their applications at the German Consulate in Minsk. They
may however also submit their visa applications at the Netherlands Embassies in
Moscow or Kyiv.
As of 21 December 2007, the Czech authorities need to be consulted before
issuing visa to Belarusian. This consultation process may take up to two weeks.
Belarusian applicants applying at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
in Kyiv should take in mind that their passports will be kept in the Embassy
during the consultation process unless applicants have explicitly informed the
Visa Application Centre (VAC) they would like to receive their passports back
in the mean time and will resubmit their passports for further processing once
the consultation process has been completed.
The Visa Service Centre is not in any way associated with any
agents/representatives outside the Visa Application centre premises. We
strongly advise applicants not to cooperate with any such agents/
representatives. VSC is not responsible for their actions.
You don’t need to make any payment for an appointment. Scheduling
of appointment is free procedure.
